My family of 4 stayed in Pool House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this quiet property. The Pool House is clean and well-maintainedry with comfy beds. Weather was cold during visit but the ducted air-con kept us cosy. The expansive mountain views from almost every room are stunning and great to wake up to each morning! We shopped at nearby Bright's Woolies for ingredients for breakfast and dinners, and the kitchen is large and well-equipped for cooking. My kids loved the resident alpacas and the kids' DVDs and books provided. The library of magazines and books has genres for most tastes. Great location. Definitely recommend.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
It has a possibility to become 5-Star
Too much is squeezed into a small room. Complete kitchen w/dishwasher, washer/dryer but no room to eat your cooked meal (tiny round table), hang your clothes (no cupboard at all). No minibar, no toiletries, designer or otherwise (just cheap supermarket shower gel). When asking for a shampoo we were told 'we don't put it there because people don't use it', Go figure. Eventually they gave us a supermarket shampoo/conditioner because we did not bring any in anticipation of 'luxury items', ('we had to go and buy it for you', told us). No phone thus no free local calls or free long-distance calls. Not a good value for the price.
Very comfortable unit; fitted out with modern amenities and super clean. Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and proximity to Mt Buffalo. Host Richard very friendly and accomodating.
The location is just amazing, Mt Buffalo is just a short drive away and Bright is just around the corner.
The house was complete with everthing, cosy and comfy.
The hosts are just amazing, catering for all your needs but without been intrusive.
We will definitely comeback.
Myself and my family did not want to leave, the pool house that we stayed in is beautiful and is set in the most amazing surroundings. It is immaculate and has everything you could ever need to just sit back and relax in comfort, including magazines, books and dvd's for both adults and children. The owners of this accomodation have truly put their customer first.
Very helpful in every way.. well not every way. I had my girlfriend to look after me in that department.
But apart from that. very helpful in every - "othger" way.
Cheers

The king studio at 215 Mt Buffalo is an excellent place to stay if holidaying in the Alpine Valleys. There is a sense of privacy and seclusion at 215 Mt Buffalo, to get to the hotel you have to drive up a gravel road, and even once you are there the King Studio is separate from everything else at the hotel.
Richard met us to check in and was very helpful but then for the rest of the stay kept distance unless we required anything. The facilities inside the studio are modern, and impressive given the size. The kitchen is very well stocked, making it very easy to cook with the fantastic produce from around here. The bathroom is spacious and features a generous walk in shower. There is also a cute courtyard with barbecue.
The communal pool is a great touch, allowing contact with other guests at the hotel, as well as a really nice place to swim, relax, and look out over the area.
Loved the location , few min drive to bright great for exploring surrounds .
Awesome place to relax ,enjoyed the pool area and the King studio had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen facilities, enjoyed the privacy of studio tucked away and courtyard to eat our meals.
Would love to Come back with friends and stay in the main house!
Very friendly helpfull owners, very comfy with quality sheets and towels, big nice pool with great deck and view over mountains, quiet spot just out of lovely bright, definitely would like to go back again
Lovely place, lovely hosts. Well positioned, beautifully appointed, all amenities provided, exceptionally clean and spacious. Gorgeous views from the pool house. It was warm enough to swim and the pool was private and lovely.
Hosts were extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.
My husband and I wanted quiet and peaceful surroundings with great views and we certainly had all the boxes ticked! Our King Studio was beautifully appointed including generous bathroom, kitchen, and a lovely private courtyard. We only had to walk a short way on the property to experience the most beautiful views in the area.
Also I must mention the lovely gift that was waiting for us on arrival, but I can't say what it was because I don't want to spoil the surprise...
Not only did 215 Mt Buffalo have the most comfortable king size bed that I have EVER slept in, the owner Richard was friendly and helpful. Waking up to a view that was a stunning 360*, it was a fantastic backdrop to an great ski weekend. Unfortunately it was a very wet weekend but they provided a washer/dryer that was very useful :) and the coffee machine was handy on the early mornings! It was modern and luxurious, well worth the visit and highly recommended.
As 3 girlfriends who travel somewhere for one week together each year, 215 was one of our favourites. Fabulous views, great hosts, cosy accommodation. Even had Richard volunteer to pick us and our bikes up if we rode too far to find our way home! Our whole experience was amazing.
