My hotel room did not have view of the harbor, it was small, clean. The mattress was very hard, did not find it very comfortable. Reasonable enough for price and duration of my stay. The digital key I was given to enter the premises after 10pm, did not work when I arrived back in early hour of dawn, had to call management to have them open the door for me so I could get into my room. (Had to wait more than 15 minutes in the cold outside while I waited) Thankfully they answered and opened, but they should make sure these work at all hours to prevent this happening again.

The staff were great and the 3 bedroom apartment clean. However there was no cookware other than an old ricecooker and an eletric frypan. There were no pots or bowls. Other the table cutlery there were no kitchen utensils at all. There were no cereal bowls or dessert spoons. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. No ishcloth, teatowels or dishwashing liquid. No plug for the kitchen sink. This place could be great but lets itself down when it cant provide the very basics. Would not stay again.

My room was clean. The Tv didn’t work, the fridge was a small makeup fridge not a bar fridge and the shower drain was blocked so flooded not just my bathroom but also my room and the hallway

It was OK. I never saw a single staff member! I booked on line and arrived to find my registration for at the front counter. When I left I dropped my key in the drop box. Strange. No heating, no cooling. Hot summers day and opening a small window wasn't much help. The grounds were awfully run down! TV aerial lyyerally falling off the roof! Stacks of cardboard boxes and overgrown plants

Boxes look like they've been there a while! Look at the dishevalled curtains too
The shower and toilet were in the same little cubicle. No sink in the bathroom. Toilet covered in water
