The ground floor offers an independent studio of 45m² completely fitted out which has a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a second with two single beds (80x200). Then an open kitchen onto the living room, equipped with a breakfast bar with stools, gas hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils. The living room has a television and gives access to a 15m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture. (Table, chairs, barbecue, parasol) A bathroom with WC completes the studio.
For maximum comfort, two hairdryers are also made available to you, an ironing table and iron, a washing machine and an additional fridge-freezer. Air conditioning is available in the studio living area as well as in the upstairs living room.
