Short stay

Need to bring fans to put in front of ac units to cool down the main room & kitchen. Electrical plugs didn’t all work but we brought ext. cords to use downstairs. It was in a good location & close to beach. We enjoyed our stay. Will rent again.

Tried to contact property manager through text and E-mail. Never got a response. That was upsetting because I couldn't use the wifi. Brought my own bedding. The mattress was so disgusting I slept on the couch.

Perfect for our family.

This is an older house, but fit our needs perfectly. The grill is more like a smoker, so be prepared for that. The house is a few blocks from the beach. We rented a golf cart (Crystal Beach Golf Carts...highly recommend!!!) And it worked out perfect. Scott was able to allow us to check in a bit early. We had a great time. We love Crystal Beach and will return!

Location was great!

If you are looking for a no frills stay, located within walking distance of the beach, this is it. While the property can use some upgrades, the location of this property was perfect for us. 4 adult and 2 children had plenty of room. We were only in the house in the evenings and for meal times since we spent time fishing and swimming at the beach. Bring everything you would need for a stay and you should be fine. Listed 2 bathrooms, but only one was functioning since the downstairs will undergo remodeling.

Well stocked kitchen and basic accommodations

Just what we were looking for, basic beach accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. This beach is a 1/4 mile walk or short drive. We rented a golf cart so it wasn't an inconvenience. If you looking for a fancy place this is not it, but it's clean and had everything we needed to cook with. Window ac units are loud so if this is something that bugs you then look elsewhere, they cooled the house down well. Overall for the price the family had a great time and we have no complaints. Bring your own sheets, pillows and blankets.
