The Space:

If you plan to spend all your time on the beach, and only need the necessities indoors, then this is the property for you! Tiny House on Bolivar is a beachfront 275 square foot studio-style home with no private bedrooms. You cannot get closer to the beach than this!



This tiny house has everything you need and nothing that you don't! There is a twin over full bunk bed in the main area and two twin beds in the upper loft. The house has one full bathroom indoors and an outdoor shower downstairs. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, microwave, slow cooker, and Keurig coffee machine. There is no internet available, so you will need to bring a “hot spot” if Wifi is a must-have, but it's a great location for spending time together and disconnecting from the world.



Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All of Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

The place was right on the beach! Beautiful view and very cute tiny home! We had an amazing little getaway there! Would definitely stay again.

Uncomfortable and smelled like pee

The bathroom literally smelled like pee so bad, I could not stand it. I put the mop and all cleaning items they had in the bathroom out side on the deck and bought my own cleaning items and scrubbed it trying to get rid of the smell. I could not handle it after a day, we checked out a day early and left. This place says it sleeps 6, absolutely no way unless you only have young kids. Do not recommend this place.
