The employee at the front desk helped us bring our luggage to our room. It was clean and quiet and well situated off the highway for a stop ling the way. The breakfast was very nice! Would stay there again.

I stayed at Comfort Inn in Amherst for just one night, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which was perfect after a long day of travel.

There was plenty of parking, adjustable air/heat, big cozy beds and all the amenities a person would require. There is no elevators in Comfort Inns so prepare to carry your bags up at least one floor. Breakfast was good.

This is a shoddy hotel with poor quality renovations with visible gaps in the door and no noise insulation. We could hear everything around us. Considering the price the hotel was charging, it was doubly unacceptable. I also did not get the larger room I booked and paid for. We left after only one night.

During this trip, I stayed at many hotels, and this hotel had the worst service. The front desk seemed to treat guests differently based on their background, which made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, it was the only hotel that required providing a home address and a deposit, and interestingly, not every guest was asked for this—some were asked while others were not. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
