Brooklands Historic Farm Accommodation ‘Cottage’ is a self-contained luxury cottage and located on rural setting overlooking Port Elliot, on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula.

This historic 1840’s cottage makes the ideal romantic and memorable getaway for many couples to enjoy. When you walk through the Historic Cottage you will appreciate all the original features like the limestone walls.



The Space:

With stunning ocean and rural views throughout every window. As the sun sets over The Bluff, kangaroos graze under ancient almond trees on the hillside, magpies warble their evensong and all is made right with the world.



The Historic Cottage has the following layout:



As you arrive there is a front porch with private parking area right by the front door.

Cosy and comfortable sitting room with a log fire (firewood supplied with your stay) TV, DVD Player and a CD player with iPod docking.

Modern, well-appointed kitchen with a convection microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee pod machine etc .

Dining room table and chairs.

Ensuite bathroom including a double spa bath and shower with electronic temperature control.

Bedroom one with a queen size bed, french windows outlooking over the beautiful gardens, reverse cycle air conditioning and a TV.

Bedroom two has a double bed.



Side paved patio area with wisteria-shaded pergola, Weber Q BBQ and furniture to enjoy sitting outside and relaxing. Taking in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings and views. What more would you want for your next romantic getaway.
