This very comfortable holiday home is located just a few minutes' walk from the lovely township of Port Elliot. It has an ideal location provides easy access to a variety of shops, eateries, and hotels along The Strand. Additionally, the beautiful Horseshoe Bay is only a short drive away, offering stunning coastal views and recreational activities.
As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a separate lounge area, complete with a TV and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Just across the hallway from the lounge is the main bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a ceiling fan. Further down the hall, you will find the second bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan, as well as the third bedroom with 2 single beds and with a ceiling fan.
The open-plan sitting area, with leather couch, dining space all in this kitchen area create with a welcoming and spacious atmosphere.
This area is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fans, a TV, a DVD player, and an iPod dock.
For those that prefer a fire for chilly nights, a slow combustion heater is available in the lounge (tenants are responsible for supplying their own wood).
The fully self-contained kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee machine (tenants may prefer to supply their own coffee pods).
Kitchen staples: Oil, Vinegar, Salt & Pepper, various tea bags and instant coffee, UHT milk starters provided.

Classic Coastal Getaway was the perfect spot to stay for our working visit to Port Elliot. Exceptionally clean and well equipped property close to all amenities, cafes and shops. Homely and relaxed, the property did not lack for anything and personal touches were a bonus. Hosts Marie and Bernie were very communicative and friendly. We look forward to visiting again.
