Magnificent views over the Southern Ocean

Sea-Lit is a much loved family home on the edge of the Southern Ocean. With 4 bedrooms and sleeping 8 it is a warm and inviting place to enjoy all that Port Fairy has to offer.

All 4 bedrooms are downstairs. There are 4 spacious Queens with built in robes and 3 with sea views, just made for those lazy holiday mornings. Apart from the bedrooms there is a large recreation area with indoor table tennis.

The downstairs bathroom comes with large bath (please note the spa does not work), double sinks and separate toilet. There is a second bathroom with large shower and toilet upstairs as well. Also downstairs is a laundry with a washing machine and separate dryer.

Outside there is an enclosed back yard with spacious grassy area for the kids to run some of their energy off and an outdoor shower perfect for a quick rinse after a day on the beach. There is also a sheltered area with teak table and chair setting, ideal for those late summer evenings enjoying the last of the setting sun.

But the highlight of the house is of course the upstairs and its open plan kitchen, living and dinning area with split heating and cooling system. The huge floor to ceiling window bathes the area in light and provide breath taking views of the wild Southern Ocean. Cook dinner in the large fully equipped kitchen, or make use of the Weber Q BBQ on the outside rear balcony. Later on in the evening settle the kids in the separate living space with large screen TV and enjoy some me-time in peace and quiet.

Sea-Lit really is an all season property. In the summer you are only a few minutes walk to the sandy and sheltered Pea Soup cove, the ideal swimming location for the whole family. Later on take a glass onto the front balcony and relax to the sounds of the ocean as evening steals over the sky. In the winter make use of the open fireplace and stereo system, enjoy catching up with friends or quality time with family after a busy day enjoying one of Port Fairy's Winter Weekend extravaganzas.
