This 3 bedroom home offers a great pet and beach friendly property for your next stay in Port Fairy. Head up the stairs and inside to the open plan dining/kitchen area with pool table! Enjoy a game while you wait for dinner to cook, open the doors onto the deck to enjoy the evening sea breezes.
The living space leads off from the pool table, wth large screen TV and comfy couches, sit back, relax and enjoy a movie.
Down the hallway you will find the laundry with washing machine, toilet and shower. The main bathroom just further along comes with a shower over the bath and toilet.
The main bedroom is a King bed with wall mounted TV. The second and third bedrooms comes with Queens.
Outside the front door you will find a wrap around deck with table and bench chairs, with the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as you unwind from a busy day of markets, shopping and long walks on the beach.
Surrounded by a large enclosed grassy area, just perfect for kids and pets. There is even an outside shower to wash off after a day on the beach. Plenty of parking out the front or in the garage. The Lost Lobster offers a fabulous choice for your stay.

The property is dated and basic but clean. it could also do with a bit more heating. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a heater. However, the location was perfect… with pea soup beach a few 100 meters away and the town centre a short 5min drive away.

Great beach shack
The Lost Lobster was a top spot to spend a weekend in beautiful Port Fairy. Ocean views, 3 really comfortable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, a cosy tv room, wifi, and for us the snooker/pool table was a huge hit.
