It was very enjoyable, room was clean and comfy beds but the barn door styling for the bathroom door wasnt good. It stuck and it was difficult to get out of. Did mention before we left. The pool was bathwater and well chlorinated. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety for all food allergies

I was in Ontario for my father's funeral and very much found this suite was a great convenience and comfort- spacious and clean. The girls that were the housekeepers on our floor were excellent in serving us.

Property was decent, breakfast was decent on the Saturday, but on the Sunday the tables were left dirty, food not refilled during breakfast while the girl in charge of breakfast sat on playing on her phone. I was shocked that when we were checking out, the tables still had garbage on them (2 hours later), while the same girl was still on her phone. So unprofessional.

Was disappointed that our food spoiled in the refrigerator that never got cold. There were times when there were no clean pool towels. Hotel walls/doors are not soundproof at all. We could hear the people next door talking and every other noise made.

Ive stayed at this hotel several times but on this occasion did not have a good experience as the HVAC system was very loud and kept waking me up. Not great for a $240 room

I understand that the weekend we stayed a snowstorm had happened but that doesn’t excuse the fact that the hotel was over taken by kids hockey teams and drunken parents that let the kids run wild . Front desk had no control over anything that was happening. Food ran out for breakfast and while staff were present garbages overflowed onto the ground without anyone seeming to care . Garbage left all over tables at all times and drunken parents partying in the lobby with no mind to other guests. Again front desk did nothing.Kids running up and down the halls playing hockey constantly and also playing with the elevators again while the front desk did nothing . Second stay at this location and it will be my last ! Such a terrible experience.
