Alright, welcome aboard, friends! We're so excited to have you here. Let's get those electric storm shutters open so you can really soak in this view and let in all that natural light. Each shutter has a corresponding light switch for easy control. It's gonna be a great experience! Feel free to help yourself to our wine and champagne bottle option if you want to unwind after unpacking. There is a fee of $15 for each bottle. Cheers!
Hope you brought your swimsuits and fishing rods, because we're about to make a splash! And just a heads up – the Wi-Fi SSID is "GuestAccess" and the password is "WelcomeAboard2025". You'll also find little placards with that info on the living room coffee table. And just a reminder, you must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol.
