Stroll to beach and Watonga Street cafes, restaurants and gourmet shops. Seven minutes drive to downtown Port Macquarie.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms down the hallway and one bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Downstairs is a large room with queen bed and king single, with an theatre style smart TV. Adjacent is a traditional style second bathroom. Laundry with washing machine and dryer in converted garage space.
