You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located apartment. Less than 5 mins walk to town centre or a 10 minute walk to town beach and public pool. Comfortable, bright and airy, this 2 bedroom unit sleeps four people (2 king singles, 1 queen) with all the amenities required for short or long stays. There is RC Aircon and ceiling fans for year round comfort plus off-street parking. Cafes, restaurants, bars and shops are an easy stroll away.

The living, dining and kitchen are light, spacious and open plan with furnishings and appliances to cater to your needs and comfort. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, crockery, cutlery and some condiments. Plus there is plenty of cupboard space for pantry items.
Both bedrooms are spacious and carpeted with built-in robes and ceiling fans. All linen and towels are supplied.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, heat lamps, washing machine and dryer.
The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

The unit is on the first floor and is accessible from the outdoor carpark via a set of stairs (12 steps) or from street level via an outdoor spiral stairwell. The property is at the front of the building with a private balcony and some outdoor seating with pleasant district views over the Port Macquarie township. The balcony is not suited for young children to be left unsupervised. The building is an older style block comprising of 8 units. If required, there is a clothesline at the rear of the building.

The CBD is a couple of minutes walk from the unit where you will find supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, cafes and bars. Town beach and the Hastings River are approximately 10 minutes walk from the accommodation.
