Waterfront Home. Nautical decor and views from this aquatic delight will charm even the crusty old salt in your group! The well appointed kitchen with a 6 burner cook-top and 2 sinks make cooking your catch a dream come true. Downstairs Efficiency with full kitchen and bath round out the unit. Two Lift stalls and docking space for a 3rd boat. (Note Lot to the West is Private Property please don't trespass.)

Important Occupancy Rules
Due to community restrictions, your party can have no more than 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 13.

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

The place was nice, AC great and plenty of room. Only suggestion would be to provide at least 2 bath towels and wash cloths per person for the week. I’ve never rented a VRBO that had such a low limit of these for guests.

Very easy, great location , would be good for any group, particularly if fishing is on the agenda. Staff was friendly, the place was clean, and as described. Easy check in and check out.
