I stayed in the diplomatic suite which was very spacious. Full size refrigerator but not a very well equipped kitchen for ANY cooking. Staff always amazing.Valet parking too expensive now.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The lobby and pool area were well maintained. The dining area was beautiful and overlooked the water. The staff was very accommodating. Room service trays were not picked up in a timely manner and sat in the halls most of the day. The rooms were wonderful and had all that you need. The Regency club was the best upgrade. The drinks were strong. The food was a little expensive.

The Hyatt Regency was stellar from arrival to departure. My restaurant server Aletha took care of my every need. I couldn't have asked for better care from my own Mother. Also, hands down, the Hyatt serves the best Breakfast in all of Trinidad!!!!
