I travel a lot with my three toddlers and we have never experienced a host like this or a house like this in all of our travels the house was completely unkept. the backyard was completely unkept infested with spiders and snakes because nobody was keeping up with the lawn and even the pool area was covered in spider webs active everywhere. A dead possum hanging from unkept untrimmed trees host didn't care to remove. smell was grotesque even inside the house. the dishwasher was so old and disgusting the pipes were fuming a horrible rotten smell coming from the sink area and the dishwasher. we ALL got violently ill at the same time. so I I know there's something wrong with the water pipes and the host was a nightmare he accused me of just complaining when all I was doing was asking for help, even vacuum and mop& bucket and someone to come clear the yard so that me and the kids could play without getting attacked by snakes. during the whole stay somebody finally came and mowed the lawn right before we left. Pool man put chemicals in and left that was it. didn't care about any of the spider webs all over the walls and chairs in the pool area making it scary for us to play without being attacked, so I cleaned it up myself but then very next day all the spiders are back because the entire house is infested. the host was so unprofessional and just mean, he ended up calling the police telling them that I was refusing to leave as we were on our way out after cancelling...insane
