I would have loved to give this a four or five star rating. I will explain in a way to help the host to improve to a level beyond the things that I did appreciate about staying here. Only trying to help the host be more profitable. Had provision of basic things which was nice, towels, hot plate, nice size fridge for basic needs, nice tile on floor, nice washer and dryer, very comfortable bed, but would update the rug on floor, seemed not very clean, and decor pillows on bed. Make up station needs a stool to sit on. Nice size closet and lots of hangers (good) The TV was not as extensive as I wanted. Couldn't get certain programing I would have wanted. They are very respectful of your privacy. Never got even a glimpse of the host. It was comfortable for what I needed, but felt for the money charged, I would expect certain things to be a little more updated. The driveway is unusual with two strips of cement to stratel your tires on. I would fill in between with gravel to make it more even. Visually looks weedy and unkempt. Overall landscaping not cared for as much as you would think for the cost. I had to clean some when I got there. Inside needs some updating. Some holes and such in walls and paint job on walls not professional. Some Base board needs replaced. Bathroom fixture could use update. If I was the owner, would extend the patio more toward the back of the house so you could accommodate a larger round table with chairs to sit at. Workable,overcostly for what's there.
