Step outside and breathe in the salt-tinged air as the sound of waves drifts in from the nearby shore. Sip your morning coffee on a gulf-view deck while the sunlight dances on the water, or sink into a chair by the fire pit as the sky fades to soft pink at dusk. Here, every moment unfolds between the rhythm of the sea and the comfort of home.



Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house accommodates up to 8 guests. The ground level offers a bedroom with a daybed and trundle (2 twin beds), along with easy access to the pool area. On the mid-level, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds, smart TVs, and storage for your stay. A full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo completes this floor.

Outdoor living
Spend your days just 300 steps from the beach, then return to your private outdoor space. The fenced backyard offers lounge seating, a table and chairs, and a fire pit for relaxed evenings under the stars. Take a refreshing dip in the private outdoor pool, available all year and open 24 hours, with a heating option from October to March (for an additional fee). After a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind on one of two decks that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The upper deck includes a gas BBQ grill for sunset meals shared with family or friends.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept top floor combines a kitchen, dining, and living area framed by gulf views. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, with four additional bar stools at the counter, creating space for shared meals and easy conversation.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches for both comfort and convenience: free washer and dryer in-unit, towels and bed linens, central air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance leisure and connection. For families, a crib, Pack ’n Play, baby gates, and board games are provided to make travel easier.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Assistance animals are always allowed. The fenced yard offers ample room for pets to relax outdoors by your side.

Perfect vacation spot

I treated my adult kids and my grand babies to a beach trip. This was the perfect place! Hosts were quick to respond, very accomodating, and the pool was amazing! The home had everything you could possibly need. And it WAS a quick 300 steps to the beach. We hope to return!

Great overall

This property is pretty cool and within a short walk to the beach. The pool was great and we enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our pups. The bears and the garbage were a problem. We picked up trash every day we were there and it added an unexpected element to our trip. I feel like it's a pretty big ask for renters to pick up trash daily, spray it with ammonia, etc when bear proof cans could solve the issue. The sliding door off the main living area needs to be replaced. We ended up not using it mainly because it was simply too difficult for us to open and close!

Great house with plenty of space and great location

This was our first time visiting this area as we were trying to get away from the crowds and just relax, enjoy the beach and spend time with family. I was unsure at first with the house not being directly on the beach however we were so pleasantly surprised. The house was exactly as described. Lots of space, very clean and had everything that we needed. The fenced in back yard with the pool was perfect. And…. Our fur babies loved it as well. It was actually less than 300 steps to the beach for me( yes I counted), it only took just a few minutes to get to the beach and there was great access to walk to it. Wayne and Victoria was excellent to work with and made sure and everything was taken care of. We definitely plan on coming back!

Great location and great stay!

This is a great location in Mexico Beach. It is close to restaurants and stores and great if you have a golf cart. So easy to get to the beach, house was wonderful, enjoyed the patio by the pool, as well as the pool itself! Great time!

Awesome stay!

Lots of goodness in this vacation. The house is beachy and comfortable. It is well maintained and the owners are very accommodating. Plenty of towels to use at the pool, as well as several beach chairs, wagon, and more! We had a minor plumbing issue; which was resolved within an hour of notifying Mrs. Lindsey. She was so quick to respond prior to and during our stay. The back yard swimming pool was fabulous! Beach is a very short walk. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Very nice place to stay in Port St. Joe! We would go again!!

Wonderful Experience!

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The beach was close and the towns people so so kind to us. The only suggestion be aware of the jumping time zones in the community. It goes back and forth.

Christmas get together

What a wonderful home and perfect location from the beach(less than a 5 minute walk). Plenty of room for our family of 9, to sleep and spread out to enjoy the view! Quite mornings and beautiful sunsets! We wish we were still there! I can’t forget the excitement of our grand-dogs! They loved the beach too! The outside shower made for easy cleanup!! We will definitely be back.

St Joe Beach getaway!

A lovely, comfortable, well equipped, close to the beach home in quiet, and peaceful St Joe Beach! With our stay being 13 days, and having friends from south Florida visiting, we wish it would’ve been better stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, but that was a minor issue, and I’d certainly recommend this property to anyone. We enjoyed our stay, and look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful older home with a private pool and ocean view. Property owner was very easy to work with and provided timely responses. Only one entrance/exit for the home. Kitchen cabinet doors need some attention. Lots of stairs with all main living space on top floor, would not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs. We enjoyed our stay, very quiet area and less touristy compared to Destin, Panama City Beach, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. My family of six teenagers and adults had plenty of room and were super comfortable. We were even able to bring our lab with us. The pool was an added treat. Great quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach!
