The Sandy Beach House is a convenient one story living with a tropical, secluded fenced in backyard perfect for your 4 legged furry pets! The Sandy Beach House has so many extras to make your vacation a truly wonderful experience with a beach buggy, beach toys, umbrellas, bikes, cornhole, board games, Pac Man machine, and much more!

Nightly Minimum: 3 night minimum

Property Description: Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted with an open concept, split floor plan living area with plenty of room to entertain and relax with friends and family. Living area features all new furniture, breakfast bar, dining area, Pac Man game, and a 70” TV. Large sliding door opens up to a private, fenced in backyard. Low maintenance tile floors throughout the home. Queen-sized sleeper sofa available for guests. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining area and features a breakfast bar. Kitchen is stocked with lots of extras for your stay. Laundry room features a full sized washer and dryer. For your dogs, a dog bed and accessories available to use during your stay.

The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, extra large walk-in closet, 50” TV, and private bathroom. After a long day in the sun, it's the perfect place to escape for some quiet, private time. Curl up in the cozy corner chair with a good book and relax….

Separate from the master suite are two more bedrooms for your guests. One bedroom features one bunk bed with a trundle, twin bed, and a 40” TV. The other bedroom features a king-sized bed and 50” TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms.

Area Information: The small beach town of Mexico Beach is known for its excellent fishing, laid-back lifestyle, beautiful white sandy beaches, and emerald green waters. Located just a few short blocks from the beach you can jump on the golf cart, take a stroll, or drive to the Gulf of Mexico where miles of sugary white sand and sparkling water awaits you. For the fishing enthusiast, the public boat ramp is just a few miles away, and don't forget there is parking for your boat.

Visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops and restaurants along Reid Avenue. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles!

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.)
Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year.

Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old

Security cameras: Exterior cameras present at this location

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.

Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Area construction disclaimer: Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn't begun since our photos were taken.
