The only thing negative that we found was the tile floors in room were not very clean. A good daily swiffer would do wonders. Other than that all was good.

Lovely clean room - upgraded for a small additional cost. Appreciated the main floor. However a noisy (loud running children) hallway likely due to the conference that was taking place.
