Exceptional customer service. Lovely property ideally located in the center of everything. It has a great breakfast and awesome room amenities/treats. Paul and the Concierge team are fantastic and so accommodating.

Very nice hotel and room. Staff friendly. Good wine, cheese, charcuterie platters and tapas options in the evening. Breakfast was sadly what lead me to giving the hotel a 3 star rating as it was a real disappointment, especially for the price paid. No hot food at all and really just lots of sweet options (cake etc) which I don’t enjoy. The hotel had good smoked trout, so why not offer either scrambled or poached eggs to go with it? My husband I ended up eating just a piece of smoked trout with a slice of bread and coffee, so felt a waste of money paying for the breakfast. We are frequent visitors to Bordeaux, but undecided whether or not we would return to this hotel due to the lack of breakfast options.

Not a 5 star hotel. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good but the hotel is renovated-ish, parking at the door is very problematic and my hot shower was warm only (had hot water on faucet and tub). I would not stay again, would try something else.

Loved our stay at La Boutique. Nice size rooms, well appointed, really comfortable king size bed. Bathroom had a huge jacuzzi type tub. It was late October, and while the pool was open, the pool is outdoors and it just a bit too cold to swim. Had a great massage in the spa - helped relief some tension in my back. Conceirge staff was amazing, guiding us in so many ways. All in all we loved it Le Boutique !

5-star property! Our suite with terrace and hot tub was fantastic and worth the money spent. The hotel staff was very friendly and energetic. My only critiques would be the Smart TV was not working properly which we reported and was never fixed or mentioned during our stay. In addition, I made three requests for wine tastings but no one from the hotel ever followed up with us. We felt that a 5-Star Property would have had a better trained staff with regard to follow-up on guest requests. Neither issue deterred us from a nice stay and we will stay again.

Kind and welcoming staff with good attention to detail. Nice spa facilities - clean, new sauna and steam room. Excellent massage! Did not go in the pool as it had been raining. Con - fire alarm at 2am, staff did not tell me masseuse was late and appointment was rescheduled so I waited (but very nice service so made up for it). Limited menu options for any kind of dietary requirements and no ability to be flexible.

Lovely stay at this quaint hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. I loved the pool and all the wellness area, the breakfast / brunch was amazing. Mahsa at the front desk was amazing, and so was the entire team. We look forward to be back!

Two stars st best, nothing luxury here

I was looking forward to a lovely vacation at this property but left exhausted and wondering how anyone could consider this a 5 star hotel. Key issues that the hotel could easily remedy are — most uncomfortable/hard bed I’ve slept in at any hotel (and I travel at least once a month), horrible pillows that left me in pain, bugs in the rooms, and odd astroturf in the “garden” area that is hideous. Good location to be near but slightly removed from the tourist area and some excellent staff. I would not recommend unless the hotel upgrades its beds.
