This is a cozy second floor apartment in Alvor with only a 15min walk to the beach. The apartment is gated and has a good size communal pool with a children's pool right next to it. You can also enjoy the quiet space of the gardens with swings for the children and even cook up a BBQ in the communal BBQ area. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people, it has 2 single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is also a travel cot available. Free wifi and lots of TV channels too. There is a lift to the apartment and it also gives access to the pool too. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a local supermarket just 10min walk. It is also a 20min walk to the town centre of Alvor where there are plenty of local restaurants, bars and shops. If driving there is plenty of free parking right by the apartment building. There is an ECO-point Island at the bottom of the apartment street for all household rubbish and recycling. There is a lot to explore and do in the area. We spend all our summers here with our 3 kids.
