The location was great for us, in a quiet street but still close to bars and restaurants and about a 15 mins walk to the beach.

Excellent apartment

This is our second stay in this lovely, clean and comfortable apartment, it has everything you would need and the location is excellent in the centre of Alvor only minutes from bars, shops & restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic stay in a lovely property

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property. We had a great stay and enjoyed the great, quiet location. The terrace had the sun most of the day but we enjoyed praia de Alvor aswell, which is only a stroll away. All amenities are on your doorstep and there are great restaurants on every little street. So cheap too! Maria is a lovely, friendly lady and even surprised us by paying for our breakfast in the little square, the day we were leaving. What a kind gesture!! Thanks for everything, Maria. We will definitely be back xx

Fabulous location, in town and a short stroll frim the sea, but no noise pollution as the apartment has excellent soundproofing. It has every amenity we could want and more including outside area, balcony from one of the bedrooms, great size bedrooms. Shower was hot and powerful with plenty of towels and some toiletries. Extra duvets if you are out of season and air conditioning for summer. Kitchwn has qashibg nachibe, frudge freezer, full coojer and hob, dishwasher, coffee makers and all cooking utilities. The apartment was clean, a superb size, 4 adults never felt cramped. I cannot honestly find any fault with the apartment. Thank you Maria, you were kind, helpful and super friendly and we loved our stay in beautiful Alvor

Beautiful apartment. We were very pleased with our stay. Great location. Everything you could need. Helpful and friendly owner and very easy check in/out process. We had no issues or problems with the apartment at all. Will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival at the apartment it was not quite ready as the cleaning was still in progress but this was not a problem for us as we only had to wait 40 minutes so we had a drink near by. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable but it is not suitable for the disabled because of steps. The owner Maria is a lovely lady and very welcoming and the night life is right on the doorstep. Thank you Maria for a great stay

The apartment is so beautifully laid out and decorated and is in an awesome location

The apartment had lots of space, was very clean with a great balcony that had sun in the afternoon (even in December). Right in the middle in Alvor so access to all the amazing bars and restaurants int the area was really easy. The only tiny issue was that the internet connection was a little slow but it still worked fine for checking out what to do and google things. Maria is super nice as well.

Super apartment off the village street

We were greeted by Amalia bang on time and she took us up the marble staircase to the first floor (lounge / dinning room / kitchen). What a surprise it was, spacious, tastefully decorated and a balcony with loungers! Up open plan stairs to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin. The bed linen was beautifully crisp white, extra pillows if needed, duvets if cold. Bath towels were soft luxury white and plenty of them! Great central location. Parking not easy but that is Alvor. Wish we booked for longer and unfortunately when we're we are back in January the apartment is booked. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Pretty nice holiday house/flat - centrally located (old town)

We enjoyed our holiday very much.The holiday house/flat was on two floors, both have a balcony. In the upper floor were two bedrooms - one double and the other with two single beds as well as a small bathroom. Down-stairs was the kitchen, dining- and living-room. There was plenty of space for two persons. In December we were glad to have a heating in the house/flat. It is very central located in the old town of Alvor. Shops, restaurants, cafés and the church are in the immediate surrounding. On saturdays there is a market place near the fishing harbour. The nice beach is within walk of about 1,5 km.The contact with our host was very friendly, helpful and flexiblel. We liked the provided fruit on our arrivel; to welcome us.We had a very pleasant time in Alvor. We would not want to be in the Algarve in high season. It certainly will be very crowded and lively there.December was the best time for us! Thank you!

A casa é maravilhosa, está muito bem situada, perto de comércio, cafés e até um minimercado com horario alargado, mas suficientemente retirada o que torna o espaço muito sossegado. A casa está muito bem equipada, é espaçosa e a dona Maria Amália é muito simpática e prestável. Nao ha estacionamento junto à casa, mas conseguimos estacionar sempre junto de uma igreja que fica a apenas 2 minutos a pé.
