Situated just 120 metres from the beach.Composed of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), cable TV and WI-FI.The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony with sea view, to enjoy your holidays.A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.The apartment has a parking space in the building's basement.NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer.
