Luxurious 3-bedroom apartment furnished and equipped for holidays in Praia da Rocha, located in a unique condominium that stands out for comfort and leisure in one place, which contributed to winning the "Best Residential Building in Algarve" award in 2010, with a spa inside the building (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room and gym), providing you with all the quality of unforgettable holidays, as well as the possibility of having social spaces to have fun and socialize.
Your location is excellent as it is just a few steps from the sandy beach of Praia da Rocha, in an area served by commerce and services.
Property composed of: hall, living room with a very spacious balcony with wooden deck, table with chairs, ideal for relaxing with a jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen with balcony, 3 bedrooms (1 suite) with built-in wardrobes, pantry and 3 bathrooms.
It still has 2 parking spaces (numbers 6 and 7 in basement -2) in the Building's garage.
When using the indoor swimming pool, the use of a swimming cap is required.
NOTE: Only 7 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 900 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
