Villa located in the secured residence "Les Tamaris" only 500m from the sea with swimming pools and entertainment for the children(from june to septembre - access extra to pay).

It is a T4 house with 2 terraces on each side. There are 2 bedrooms and a separate WC upstairs, and on the ground floor, a living room with fitted kitchen and Airco, 1 bathroom with new shower, 1 separate WC, a double bedroom with shower.
A beautiful spacious tiled and fenced terrace facing due south. All with an electric pergola whose blades are adjustable with lighting. A garden furniture, 1 stone barbecue, 2 deckchairs. Another terrace at the front of the house Possibility to park in front of the house. Parquet in the bedrooms and living room

Séjour très agréable

Maison agréable, bien située, pas très loin de la mer, des commerces, piscines à l'intérieur de la résidence dont 1 avec des jets, bain à remous... Et toboggans. Bar snack. Au calme dans la résidence et sur le bord de plage plus d'activités pour sortir le soir comme la journée.
