Incredible stay, amazing views, super close to Powell's books, Deschutes Brewery, food trucks, and water views. Restaurant food was also great, and our 4yo loved the park and playground literally out the front door. $55 valet parking in a private garage is pricey, but worth the peace of mind. Alternatively, you can park on the street for free overnight, but then you have to find parking, which is not easy. We stayed one night in a king and one night in a king suite, and both were clean, comfortable, convenient, and chic. :) 24h gym and A+ bathrooms (including an accessible bench in the shower of the king suite) are what made us sign up for the points program for the next time we're in town.

Staff onsite from the valet to the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was pretty tiny, but so well planned! The bathroom was very indulgent feeling and a great space to get ready for the day. Side note: I was thrilled that the staff read my request and booked my room directly next door to my friends! There is nothing quite as fun as an adjoining door for old friends meeting for a weekend of debauchery! :P

For the price I paid and the service I received, It's definitely a great affordable option for a boutique hotel. I highly recommend staying here for something convenient and reliable with no costly frills, but still a good place to stay
