The room was not clean, tables had spill residue, towels had obvious dark stains and should have been bleached or donated if unable to remedy. Check in was easy and the lady was very nice. The room had a really funky smell, don't get room 133 if you can help it. Also very loud, as it was at the end, outdoor exit was loud and busy late into the night.

The beds were very comfortable and it is in a good location. It is walking distance to downtown Vancouver and the Waterfront. The hallways seem a little dated but the service was great and they have free cookies. I would stay there again because the price is right.

The previous guest set an alarm for 3:30am. It wasnt cleared. It woke our 3 year old and 6 year old up and they never wney back to sleep. This disruption ruined the rest of our trip. We told yhem but didnt receive empathy, or any type of compensation. Never going back.

The location/ area isn’t that great. I would recommend staying here for a short period of time will be okay that’s about it. The price is too expensive $365 for 3 days all the stuff we seen here . The cleanliness was okay until I seen a big green stain on the covers and the covers was ripped. All the screens on the windows are all torn or no screen at all so you couldn’t open your window to air the room out. The bathroom sink feels up fast during brushing your teeth and drains out so slow The lady at the front desk that is there during the evening/ night time is really nice and helpful the other ladie there in the morning is very unpleasant and seems like she doesn’t want to be bother with customers. This property could use some improvements! breakfast variety is just ok. Hallways had that old place smell. Almost no shower pressure. Very safe area around the hotel! Friendly staff! Affordable prices! Overall 4/5 stay!

Very disappointed I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of the worst I've ever stayed at it felt like I was at a low budget hotel and it wasn't a low budget price I was right across the hallway from where they get breakfast made which they would start at 4:00 in the morning and you can hear everything they were doing but when I first got there I had to move to a different room because the refrigerator was too loud and I moved to a different room and that refrigerator was loud but I didn't say anything and the bathtub was clogged and it took them 2 days to unclog it so I had to take a bath with other people's hair was disgusting I was very disappointed in this hotel
