Featuring a large furnished deck overlooking the roofs of Munjoy Hill, a warm and inviting open living room and kitchen – recently renovated with all new appliances – and air conditioning. Off-street parking for 1 car is included.
The location is quiet, safe, and very walkable. Only a 5-10 minute walk to either the Eastern Promenade Beach or the restaurants and shops on Washington Avenue, and a 20 minute walk to the Old Port.
The guesthouse has 1 bedroom but can accommodate 4 guests with the use of an air mattress we are happy to provide.
