The front desk personnel and manager were excellent. The only complaint I had was regarding room service and returned in the evening to an unclean room. The towels and condition of the room were unchanged. While I was offered points for Hyatt membership, I believe that a discount for the entire stay should be taken and discounted. Hyatt normally sets a high standard, but in this case I feel disappointed.

Not easy parking. Pay for parking in the suburbs is annoying. We had an ADU king 1bd suite for extra funds. The pull out bed is rough, not very comfy. Main bed and everything else was fine. Breakfast was pretty popular among the guests, get there first. Nothing too special.
This was a great hotel! Perfect walking distance to Max train and the food truck depot. Also very nice restaurant nearby. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The morning breakfast could have been better but over I’d definitely stay at this property again.

Parking . Was an absolute nightmare. Over charged and not enough parking available. Then they give some slick salesman bullshyt about suck it up. There is a three storie parking structure across the street that is then half the price they charge and they never mentioned it until I was unable to park that I paid for. They promised to reimburse me for one night and never did. A four block unit of buildings and a parking structure to service all of it. And they are not working together. Beyond ineptness on management . They should offer to validate for paying guests. But I will NEVER be back to that mess. Room was nice . Hotel was on point on everything else. But the parking was HELL

Liked: Staff & service
Poor parking situation, crowded industrial location, clean facility, not too warm desk staff.
My wife and I spent a night at the hotel recently. The place is very modern looking, clean and relatively well-organized. The room was reasonably comfortable and well-laid-out. The only real gripe we had was with the desk clerk who apparently had never been trained about guest security. We came down to buy a couple of snack items and the clerk asked if we wanted to put it on the room. We said yes, and with a crowd of other guests proceeded to ask for the room number. Any of those people now had our room number. Haven't seen that in at least 10 years. Clerks are generally careful to write the room number down rather than announce it out loud. I don't blame the clerk. I blame poor training.
The room was very clean. They had a great hot breakfast. The kids only thing was that you had to pay for parking (I didn’t notice that) $37 and there was a graduation party right outside our window. We had to pull the night shades down so they didn’t see inside the room.
Unbelievably fabulous location! Central to everything in Beaverton area. So many great places to eat close by that I think I'd travel to this area just for a foodie vacation in the future. The hotel is so new and modern and spacious!!! I had a fantastic large room with kitchenette and seating area so I didn't get burned out on travelling feeling! It felt like a modern one bedroom apt.! The only thing I'd recommend is that the bed I had was way too soft so my back started to hurt on the 3rd night so I bought a sleeping pad and slept on the floor the rest of the week. Some people like soft mattresses but as a Long time RN using my back lifting patients act. for decades- I have to maintain good posture of my back acts up. I was there to visit family and old friends and go to a high school reunion.
This is a mixed bag. The historic hotel got a 10 for quaint/charming but a two for practical and upkeep. Return air hanging down from the ceiling, frig badly needed defrosting, room very small as was the bathroom. No check in before 4 pm even though we asked in advance for early check in. Fortunately it is walkable to shopping and dining son we killed time shopping. For us a poor value compared with other places we have stayed in Ashland.
