Phenomenal stay bad parking options!

My experience overall was excellent. I did not like the fact that I had to pay additional for parking! Other than that, I had a great experience! Complimentary breakfast was delicious!

The hotel was clean and modern with a friendly staff. My only (but pretty big) complaint is the noise that comes from the transit station right behind the building. A clanging happens very frequently - maybe a gate going down or something but it was constant and went pretty late - making it hard to relax and get a good night sleep. Perhaps the other side of the building would be better but if I didn't have my earplugs with me and play my chill music, not sure how I would have fallen asleep. And even then, I didn't wake up well rested. Not the staff's fault but still something to be aware of and if I do stay there again, I will ask for the other side of the building but probably will just pick a different hotel.

I parked my electric vehicle in the lot in front of hotel and, after just 3 hours and 20 minutes, it was towed improperly. The towing process caused damage to my vehicle, and I was asked to pay $500 in cash to have it returned. I am extremely concerned about both the handling of my vehicle and the demand for cash payment.
