Absolutely Horrible

The outside of the property had trash everywhere due to the trash barrels overflowing. The listing doesn’t indicate that guests live at this property and hang outside all day/night. The inside had trash swept up in piles everywhere. It smelled horrible, everything was dirty, the elevator sounded awful so we took the stairs everytime. The shower head only allowed a small amount of water to come out, the doors needed to be slammed shut coming in and out of the rooms. I could go in and on..I will never stay here again!!

Picked the wrong hotel

Stayed a night and will be the only night. Did not feel welcomed at all. Elevator was out so have to go to the end of the staris to go up then walk back ONLY WAY to get to the room. Only one way in and out. Had to slam the door to shut it, flushed th toilet and water shot out. When i went out for the night to the bar woth some local friends the air conditioner was off, when back in the room it was back on, turned it back off and stayed off while i was in the room. Lost my leftovers of meat and cheese for no fridge,

The hotels elevator does not work, the room is clean but lacking any kind of amenities such as a hair dryer, clothe iron or coffee pot. Overall the hotel feels unsafe.

Urgent Concern Regarding Discriminatory Treatment and Request for Refund Dear expedia, I am writing to formally report an extremely upsetting experience I had during my recent stay at the property during the duration of my stay in July. I was harassed, spoken down to, and treated in a discriminatory manner by the hotel manager who clearly had set a predetermined judgment against me. At no point was I in violation of hotel policy or behaving in a way that warranted such treatment. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional, demeaning, and left me feeling targeted and humiliated. I had to walk around with my head down because I was so embarrassed. I believe I was treated this way based solely on my appearance, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. This incident not only caused emotional distress, but it completely ruined my stay. Given the severity of the treatment I received, I am requesting a full refund for my stays. I expect this issue to be taken seriously, and I am prepared to escalate this complaint to corporate management or consumer protection agencies if needed. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise on the next steps regarding my refund.

We went here on July 2025 and stayed for a one night stop over and are we ever glad we did. I would not recommend this hotel. It was very stinky. I did let the desk clerk know in the morning that it needs freshening up. She did apologize and was gonna remove 10% of my bill but because we booked online she couldn’t help us. Also the clerk at night when we checked in wanted to charge us for a fridge and another charge for a microwave. Needless to say we didn’t have either. It’s ok for an overnight stay but nothing more.

Was not greeted at the door. The desk clerk was moving some large boxes that had been delivered to the lobby. After about five minutes he stopped to tell me, "I'll be with you, eventually." The hallways were dirty--there was even a large chunk of toilet paper in the hallway in front of my door. My room was clean enough, but no tissue paper. If I needed to blow my nose, I had to use toilet paper. Toilet was slow to flush and required multiple flushes to make solid waste go down. Noise on my floor included a baby with colic and a very yappy dachshund dog...all night long. No in-room fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Not even a coffee pot in the lobby the following morning. I have stayed at this property before in years past; it's not the same.

I did not realize that this was down the road from a gentlemans club and was unfortantly roomed across the hall from a party of frat boys returning all weeked at 3 AM from said club. The noise level all weekend was horrible and no one in my group was able to sleep. The room was not wiped down, there were greasy hand prints on all the tables and bedframes. The bathroom had fecal splaters on the walls and only two towels. I asked the front desk for more and was told that the laundry hadn't been done yet and that we couldnt have anymore until the next day.

I made a reservation at 4pm and tried to check in at 10pm. I was given a key to a dirty room. When I went back to the desk, I was told there were no more rooms available, and to call Expedia for a refund. The hallway was filthy and looked like it had never been vacuumed, there was a bad smell, and there were sketchy people around the motel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Don't trust the pictures online. At check in I was told the wrong room number and literally tried to get into a room with people in it. Someone else's toothpaste still in bathroom sink, used bandaid on the floor by the bed, beds very uncomfortable, walls are filthy, floors are sticky. Keep on scrolling, I do not recommend Just a mess.

I you not stay there again

My experience was not very good. The lobby was dirty and smelled. The elevator was not working. The hot water also did not work. The room door was misaligned and was hard to shut. I would stay or recommend anyone to stay there.

Hands down the worst motel I have ever been in. Dirty sheets, cat urine smell, absolutely gross. I packed up and went across street to Hampton Inn. I have never left a motel before, but this place was plain disgusting. I messaged management through this app, I’d like to get a refund.

Elevator was out of order, and there were obvious plumbing leaks. Room had a overwhelming chemical smell, and the floors felt sticky.
