Close to airport

We had a very early flight, and this place is near the airport, and has a 24 hour shuttle. The shuttle driver was a delightful person. I got an upgrade with status on my room, which I didn’t expect, so it was on the top floor and newly remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Tons of well placed charging outlets and room to spread out.

This was our second time staying here. We love the friendly staff. The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. We like that it's close to shopping and near by attractions. We wish that the restaurant offered more choices. Great place for a couple or family.

Was disappointed with front desk. Wasn't allowed to check in early & everyone in lobby was waiting to check in at 3pm. They waited till 3pm on the dot when they started calling to checking in people.

Best decision

This was a last-minute hotel choice after we made a bad choice before this one. We were so happy with this hotel. Right off we were greeted by the friendly staff member. They were helpful and knowledgeable. The room was perfect for my family. It was comfortable. Parking was secure. And even though we were next to the airport o didn’t feel like the noise was excessive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here becuase of an early flight the next morning. When I let the front desk employee know that we were dropping off our rental car that night and ubering back, she gave me the hotel card and told me to access their shuttle back. The shuttle was very quick to pick up us. The room was very clean and spacious. We didn't hear any sounds from other rooms, so it was a peaceful night. The shuttle in the morning was right on time and got us to the aiport quickly. We would stay here again.

They gave my room away after I called them twice that I would be in late. They told me they saved it. I get in and they gave it to someone else and then upcharge me nearly $200 more for my new room. Terrible Shuttle services to the airport and breakfast is a joke. Please don’t come here.
