My shower was broken, it was really loud all night long…no sound proof for any doors opening or closing down the hallways. People were loud all night long making it difficult to rest or sleep. There was a lot of confusion at our check in; something about Expedia, where I booked, and the hotel systems not communicating correctly.

Only thing I would say it the place is kinda run down and I saw people smoking in their rooms with the door open. Always smelled like weed walking down the hallways.

1. No elevators so we had to lug our luggage up a flight of stairs. 2. Their phone lines were down so we couldn't call to get a shuttle at 12:30am (I tried scheduling a shuttle ahead of time, but they said they don't do that). Their phones lines were down again the next morning and a member of our party left an item on the shuttle, so hunting it down was next to impossible and incredibly aggravating. Overall, not satisfied. Will find a different place to stay next time.

Overall the staff was courteous but the property was unsatisfactory. I could hear vehicles driving by like the window was open ( it is wasn't), towels had yellow stains on them and the room was stuffy as if it hadn't been cleaned or used in awhile. I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry.
