They had no one to help with bags Had 1 luggage cart but no idea where it was No shuttle to the airport. The Shilo Inn that was there had a shuttle. No water in room. Counter lady was not happy.

The location near the airport is convenient. The room was large and quiet, but very dated and worn. Beds and bathroom were clean but the room smelled stale. The carpet really needed to be replaced in the room and the corridors.

This is the biggest rm that we had on this trip. 2 qn bed & separate area with a couch and table. We did have to change room coz the first one smelled like weed. So not sure if bec we moved rm that is why no remote control for tv and short on towels w/c was easily remedied by the front staff. Interior was a little outdated but clean. Free parking.

Furniture was old but the place was cleaner than some larger franchises I've been to. No old mysty smells. Nice pillows and bedding. Comfy beds. Loved the lagre almost suite feel!!!

Check in messed up and we were charged twice. Took a long time to get our room. Manager was asked questions about how to help us get checked in and was very slow to help. Finding we got charged twice shows the help the manager half-a$$ed did, didn’t do anything. Room was large, beds okay, tear in bottom of drape, faucet in bathroom didn’t work, toilet seat shifted anytime sitting on it. But other than that it was good. Even being next to the airport it was very quiet.

There wasn't anything particular that set this property above any other similar properties. It was good for the price and nearby the airport. We did not find a good restaurant nearby, just a diner like restaurant. I don't think I would feel comfortable walking in the area.

The ladies at check in were friendly, professional, and efficient. However, when I went up to my room there was trash and used towels outside my door in the hallway and several other rooms adjacent to mine. I immediately went back and informed the front desk. The clerk said that is the way the housekeepers clean the rooms and they will pick it up later. When I returned after going out 10 hours later, the trash and towels were still on the floor and they were there when I checked out later the next day. Very unsightly and unsanitary.
Trash and towels outside my room as I checked in and the following morning as I left.
