From the apartment you can reach the town in a few minutes' walk, without using the car. The town is one of the favorite locations for visitors to Elba, a fishing village that retains all its charm, with a very lively evening centre, full of clubs, events as well as its great historical heritage and the view of the bay full of boats sailing, a unique scenario of its kind.
Incredible roof terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, you can also enjoy a shared swimming pool of approximately 110 m2, with sea view in a panoramic position above the town and the beach. The swimming pool is open to the public from 20 May to 30/09/2024, in other periods it is not accessible.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Porto 25 is an incredible two-room apartment on two levels with an attic living area, in an enviable position overlooking the gulf and the small port of Porto Azzurro, one of the most beautiful and characteristic places on the island.

Bright and welcoming apartment on two levels, being on the top floor of the building it is very quiet and panoramic. The entrance is via an external staircase, on the first level we find the double bedroom with bathroom with shower cabin. Going up an internal staircase leads to the upper attic level where there is a wonderful living area with corner sofa, second double bed, modern kitchen. The living area has an external view onto a magnificent roof terrace for exclusive use with garden furniture, grill and awning to guarantee shelter from the hottest hours. There is no TV, but a monitor to use as a TV with its own WiFi connection.

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros (refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on the opening periods.
