Before booking, please note:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of €250 if there is evidence such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts).

Online registration: guest data must be registered compulsorily and autonomously through our own platform before arrival.

Check-in: autonomous with digital lock and/or access keys.

Access codes: provided on the day of check-in, after the apartment is ready and online registration is correctly completed.

Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct in the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the stated number may result in additional fees or refusal of the stay.

Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 applies for water and electricity; extras will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.

Access to the apartment via stairs.

Porto has a naturally humid climate, so the apartment may present higher humidity levels on some days. An air conditioner with dehumidifier function is available for your comfort.

Parking space unavailable. The garage gate and access to the building door cannot be closed SPACE TEMPORARILY INACCESSIBLE.
