Located in Massarelos, a calm and central neighbourhood, the house is designed for families, friends, retreats, or remote teams who want to stay together.



You’ll have the entire house to yourselves, with space to connect, work, and unwind in a quiet, intentional setting while remaining well connected to the city.



The Space:

7 bedrooms · Up to 14 guests · 7.5 bathrooms



The house offers 7 private bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower, plus one additional toilet in the common area.

One large suite (~45 m²) with king bed, sofa, and bathtub



Queen bedrooms, some with desks or private terraces



Shared spaces include a bright common space - a large indoor and outdoor dining/meeting table seating 14+, suitable for group meals, meetings, or retreat sessions.



An essential prep kitchen is available for catering and light food preparation (plating and reheating). It includes a mini oven, microwave and portable electric hob; there is no gas hob or dishwasher.



Guests have access to the garden. The pool is shared with neighbouring in DPV residence.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including all 7 bedrooms and the indoor common area.



The garden and pool are shared with residents and guests in the residence. Quiet hours apply, and guests are asked to be respectful of shared outdoor spaces.

Leafy, central pocket near the river—cafés, groceries, and tram/bus links nearby; a short ride to the historic center, galleries, and riverside walks.
