The staff there are top tier, from the check in to the bar. The room was stylish and comfortable. The only thing is that the shower and toilet could have used a deep clean and the hotel is a bit further up the hill and removed from the liveliness. That could be a good thing though for some folks if you want quiet! The breakfast buffet is really good and haw variety - be sure to get it as it is amazing bang for the buck.

We picked this hotel based on friends that had stayed there. When we first got there the location was horrible, a car repair shop right next to it. We actually called other hotels for availability to leave the area. My travel agent said to first check the hotel inside, ans so I did. Once passed the entrance it was s totally different ballgame. Our suite was very spacious and modern, clean very well distributed, that was a change of heart and we stayed. To be fair once we learned about the city and attractions the only thing we did not liked was the location. The food at the restaurant was good

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff. The pizza is a plus and it tastes great. We spent only one night but would have happily stayed longer. Walkable into centre. Overall great stay.

The hotel room was very nicely decorated, but lacked a few amenities that a 4 star hotel should have. No robes or slippers. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Some staff were nice and some came across as rude, maybe not intentionally. Breakfast was ok. Had better breakfasts at other 4 star hotels. Location was ok as well. About a 20 min walk into the old town. It was a pleasant stay but I would not go back.

Nice Hotel in poor area, but only 12 minute walk from main metro station Tridade. Restaurant a lifesaver as great soup pizza and some local meats and salads. Ok wines

Very good hotel

Very good hotel, everything is new and beautiful. The only problem we had is that the air conditioning stopped working every 2-3 hours so we woke up 2-3 times in the middle of the night because of the heat. We notify the hotel every day and every time they said it was fixed, but it wasn’t. So the nights were nightmare, I would expect the hotel to change our room after the second night or offer partial refund, but they didn’t. everything else was good.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff extremely courteous especially at breakfast and when we had a beer and pizza in the restaurant. Breakfast a limited choice but all enjoyable. Hotel very clean and rooms spacious. Hotel is a 10 minute down hill walk to the start of bars and restaurants. Dont let the area surrounding the hotel put you off, there are a few derelict buildings around. Area is safe to walk around. All places of interest are easy to reach. Look forward to returning
