This Suite is a spacious and warm room containing a queen bed. It has plenty of natural light and is very comfy, making it a great place to relax. It has a wardrobe to keep your things in, a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained and a kettle. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

Experience the luxury of daily maid service for your room, promising a refreshed living environment every day of your stay.

You also have a private bathroom that is conveniently located inside the room. It has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

You will have access to a common/shared area where you can find a fridge and a toaster. In the shared living area, you can find a sofa and a flat-screen TV.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This a great location to explore the city. The Quinta do Covelo, Chapel of Souls, Jardim de Arca d'Água, FC Porto Museum, Parque de São Roque, Church of Our Lady of Lapa, Igreja Paroquial Senhora da Conceição, and Social Factory - Foundation sculptor José Rodrigues are all nearby. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as Churrasqueira Central das Antas, Your Palace, Mamma Mia! - Ristorante and pizzeria, Pizza Piazza, Scala Palace, and Pizza Hut Edifício Torre das Antas. Supernova Café is an excellent option for coffee, and bbGourmet ANTAS - Loja and takeaway is a great choice for takeaways.

Plenty of nearby stations. Salgueiros and Combatentes are both only a 4 and a 5-minute walk away, respectively. Campanha, São Bento Station, and Contumil are all just a short 3 kilometres away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
