The Space:

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural light. The living room, with a comfortable sofa bed, is ideal for leisure time, complemented by a smart TV with access to Netflix and HBO. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals, and the bathroom has all the necessary amenities. Enjoy stunning views of the sunset from the balcony and throughout the apartment. For added comfort, the apartment includes a lift, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, patio and balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and much more. The flat is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by lift.

Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on enquiry). The apartment’s central location, in Praça da República, provides easy access to a range of public transport options. The nearest metro station, Aliados, is a short walk away, providing quick access to all areas of Porto, including Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. Paid parking is available near the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment annex, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.



If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon consultation.



If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.



The tenant is required to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits for this purpose are expected.



We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You only need to request it (price upon consultation).

Thank goodness there is an elevator because we had heavy luggage. Place was well equipped, location great near everything easy to explore around many places.

Great apartment in central Porto

This apartment was very comfortable and well located. It's right on a praca (plaza) and next to a grocery store. The whole building is recently renovated and has great security. I'd stay here again. The PM is responsive and professional.
