Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find fascinating museums, such as the City History Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Indulge in the local cuisine, with a variety of restaurants serving everything from the iconic Francesinha to other international cuisines. Explore the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, the bustling Rua de Santa Catarina, the historic Livraria Lello, the imposing Clérigos Tower and the stunning São Bento Station, all within a short walking distance. The Trindade or Aliados metro stations are just a 10-minute walk away, providing excellent transport links around the city.



Getting Around:

To make getting around easier, Trindade underground station, which serves several lines, is just a 10-minute walk away. For those arriving by car, there is paid parking nearby.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.



If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the apartment whenever necessary for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.



We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You just need to request it!



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request!
