The Space:
The apartment offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The full bathroom ensures your comfort and privacy. The living room, with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi, is perfect for leisure time. The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing your meals, and the terrace offers stunning city views where you can enjoy unforgettable moments. Please note that construction work is taking place in the vicinity.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, patio, and laundry room. Enjoy the backyard and outdoor areas as well.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on a street with Breyner 85, a hub of cultural activity and nightlife, just steps away. The famous Rua Miguel Bombarda, known for its art galleries, design shops, fashion boutiques, restaurants, and bookstores, is right next door. You'll find supermarkets for your daily shopping. A short 600-meter walk away, the Crystal Palace offers stunning gardens and panoramic views over the Douro River. Also explore the Romantic Museum and the Soares dos Reis Museum.
Important note: There is construction work taking place near the apartment, which will cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we are committed to a policy of transparency to ensure our guests' expectations are met. It's our mission to guarantee that Liiiving is easy!
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request. The nearest metro station is Aliados, providing easy access to various points in the city. In addition, an extensive bus network is available, offering flexible transportation options. For those traveling by car, there is paid parking nearby.
Other Things to Note:
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a charge will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – fee upon request.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown on your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of 150€. If the limit is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
