The Space:

The living room, with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV with cable channels, Wi-Fi and dining table, is a welcoming space. The fully equipped kitchenette and three bathrooms complete this home away from home. Located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the street, this apartment offers a memorable experience.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. Enjoy all the amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and much more. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the street, accessible by elevator.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Foz do Douro, a charming and vibrant coastal area, famous for its stunning beaches, such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The area offers a variety of gastronomic options, from restaurants serving international cuisine to authentic Portuguese dishes. For shopping, explore the Foz Market, where you can find traditional Porto products, or the luxury boutiques and art galleries nearby. The seafront invites you to stroll or cycle, and just a 10-minute drive or public transport ride away is the center of Porto, with its cultural and historical attractions. The nearest bus stop is a one-minute walk from the apartment, making it easy to get around.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (please inquire for prices). The apartment's prime location allows easy access to a wide network of public transport, facilitating your travel around the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is just a 15-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures quick and convenient.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/television package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will pay the additional costs.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a representative for property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
We have a transfer service that will drop you off at the apartment! You just need to request it (please consult us for the price).
