The staff was great, the breakfast was great. They have coffee and snacks available all the time. The room was large and clean. The area is right on the water, so very convenient to shopping and dining. It felt very safe. There is a staff member at the door at all times, and they had great recommendations as to where to go and what to see. The shower was large and the water pressure was good (that's important to me). Overall a great place to stay, and our favorite place on our travels through Portugal.

Nice hotel close to the river.

A really nice property both externally and internally. The design features inside are trendy, bright and clean. There is free coffee and tea throughout the day with freshly baked cakes and pastries. A nice touch. The breakfast which is complimentary was delivered in a very stylish way. Individual bottles of orange, butter in tubs as a few examples. Our room was a good size and had all the usual amenities.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. The breakfast choice was vast and the food was excellent. Would most definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in a perfect area to explore Porto. Only gripe would be quite a lot of the crockery at breakfast was chipped and needed replaced. Also the staff serving us would often not see that the coffee machine needed emptied despite passing by several times . I know they are busy but that’s part of the service
