Jeronimo was a great host, provided lost of instructions and made recommendations as to what to see and do as well as a list of good restaurants. The apartment is well located, we walked to the town centre with no problems. We also walked back to the apartment. The apartment is uphill of the centre of town but very doable. We are in are seventies and active and had no problems. The apartment is on the third floor so a very heavy suitcase might be problematic depending on your abilities. We were very comfortable in the apartment it lack for nothing.

Jeronimo was very welcoming and gave us good suggestions for sites to see in the Porto area and restaurants to try. Jeronimo has good communication skills and when we had questions he answered them quickly. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was adequate for simple meal preparation. The location was handy for using the Metro (3 min walk) and there was a Pingo Doce grocery store about a 6-10 min walk away. In addition, we found the location gave us relatively quick access to some of the major sites in the historic area of Porto without being caught in the crowds.

We loved our stay in this apartment in Porto! Close to everything including metro, supermarkets and a few restaurants and bars. We chose to walk down to the tourist areas which is very doable from this location, and we took Ubers back for a small price. We can't wait to return!

We had such an incredible stay! The apartment is lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. It is also very conveniently located near metro (about a three minute walk down the hill). Home away from home

Loved this neighborhood! The host was very accommodating and let me check in early. The apartment was clean and very secure. I was even able to see the fireworks from the balcony during the festival! Highly recommend and I will likely come back! It felt like home.

Wonderful stay

Loved the location and the home itself. Had a lovely stay. Ate dinner just up the road at Mamma Mia’s which was awesome. And another night we went to Don Castro’s for the local cuisine, rang the doorbell to get in for dinner. It was awesome.

Amazing apartment!

My sister and I stayed for nearly 2 weeks and loved this apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. This apartment was beautiful and it was the perfect location for getting around Porto. Be ready to climb a lot of stairs because there’s no elevator. The owner was fabulous to work with; he responded quickly to any inquiries. This is a real gem and I will return!

Clean, comfortable, roomy, location and value!

Stayed ten days here in early March. Loved both Porto and surrounding areas as well as our Apt. Host met us at the door on arrival to show us around the Apt and give us the keys. While not in the town Centre, it’s easy to walk everywhere from this Apt and we love to walk. One block from nice Metro station if you don’t. It’s in a quieter part of town, although it’s Portugal, so there is some street noise until around midnight or so. Took me a while to figure out the stove controls, so worth asking for demo if you plan on cooking. Highly recommend for a stay in Porto. Host Geronimo was great. And Porto is worth a lengthy stay - so much to do in the city and close rail connections to surrounding towns.

Probably one of the best places I have stayed. Super Clean. Easy check in. Very spacious. Informative owner. Secure apartment. Coffee was on hand for us and water as well. Maps of the area were provided with detailed information on the train routes and local attractions. Jeronimo who checked us in was incredibly friendly and informative. If you stay here be prepared to walk 25 to 30 mins to get to the main attractions or be prepared to call an Uber. Groceries and restaurants close by. If I visit Porto again, this will be the first call I make.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et bien situé près de tout.

Nous avons bien aimé l appartement, sauf petite lacune avec la cuisinière qui fonctionnait que sur une surface et la climatisation qui avait des fuite d eau sur le plancher de l entrée. Mes reste était parfait ainsi que notre autre Jéronimo qui nous a rendu de bon service.

This apartment was in a great location. We walked everywhere in Porto however the metro is just around the corner if needed. Clean, charming and well maintained. Jeronimo created us and walked us through on arrival. Highly recommend.
