While very convenient to the airport, the hotel seems like a once-nice place that just hasn't been maintained. But the staff were very helpful and the airport shuttle runs nearly continuously.

Stayed for just a night after completing the Camino and waiting to fly home. Was just what I needed. Room was spacious and cool. Shower was amazing, and cable Tv was playing Rocky in English! Free shuttle to the airport the next morning was perfect! Would return again!

The staff was courteous and helpful! They even provided shuttle service to a great local restaurant since it was Sunday and the eateries within walking distance to the hotel were closed. And the shower... oh wow! In addition to the typical wand and overhead shower sprays, there is an option to have water spray from the side! What a luxury!

The staff at this hotel was fantastic. We got a reservation on short notice. They tried twice to fix the air conditioning but obviously they are not repair men and it was late at night. They provided a fan which did help but we should not pay full price for the room. We should receive a partial refund. Also the shower tiles need cleaning. Thank you staff for trying!

The staff in the breakfast area were so terrible. There were 7 patrons (we were a table of 4). We had to clear our own dishes off the table, couldn’t get more coffee cups (there were only 2 on the table) and left platters empty for almost an hour before bringing out more items 20 minutes before they shut down. Not worth the money.
