The receptionists (yes, all of them) for this property were NASTY, IRRESPONSIBLE, and TERRIBLE.
I lost an important item on the day I checked out. I called the front desk later to ask if someone could go and check my room. It was such an easy task but I almost had to beg the lady to do it & she told me she’ll call me back. I was felt so grateful at the time. 3 hours later and nothing. I call again and a male receptionist picks up, he says he’ll do it 8 hours later. Half hours after the promised call, nothing. I called back and the third person told me the clean lady will work in one hour, they will inform them if there is anything. I had to call and wrangle an answer out of their mouth (they kept trying to postpone checking for some odd reason) and turns out apparently NONE of them personally went and checked even though they told me they would. The whole situation sucked.
