The hotel was nice and the staff were helpfull and respectful. check in and out was easy and convienient. The only thing was we were suprised to find that we did not recieve parking on location which was suprising because it did not state that anywhere on the hotel website. Finding parking around the hotel was very difficult and required an additional payment every two hours. Asside from that, the breakfast was good and the rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. If you come without a car I would definintly recomend and if you do, you will need to figure out the parking before hand.

Good location, close to nice restaurants. Some rooms are modern and some still have baths. Stayed here a few times in the last few weeks but I won't go back. Staff are rude, especially Tania who works at the bar. She does not understand customer service. We had to fight to get our VIP benefit. Wrote to the hotel manager and did not receive a response.

Excellent sleep quality, lovely large bed and even with our daughter on a single bed sharing the room, it was a perfect size for our small family. Expedia perk of a free bottle of wine was redeemed at the bar (but we took it to our room). Minibar fridge was useful (for our own drinks!) and transport options to the centre were plentiful with a bus stop close by and metro 10-minutes walk away. For £56 a night, unbeatable value and would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel and very good service. The area it’s ok not to much to do. Little far from the old downtown Porto however taking a taxi it good and fast to get there but overall love it.
