Apartment was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the location couldn’t have been better. Emily at the front desk was helpful at check in. Shevhelped us secure a last minute great table at a really good restaurant, on a Sunday, when many restaurants are closed.

The beautiful old building with its high ceilings and interior details was a wonderful restoration. Clean and spacious. Fabulous hot shower with great water pressure. Well appointed kitchen with utensils and equipment, meaning we could actually make toast in the morning! A toaster! Hallelujah! Complimentary wine and water, cheerful and helpful staff; opposite the market, fabulous location. Would come back here every time we are in porto

This is an apartment style room with kitchenette. Its location is next to the Mercardo do Bolhao and with grocery stores next door. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dinning. Enjoyed our stay like living in Bolhao, Porto.

The room was lovely, and the location was amazing. They set up the living room sofa bed for me so that my friend could have the bedroom; it was perfectly comfortable. The staff was great--I accidentally spilled water on my bed just as we were leaving for the day, and they came in and dried everything up before we got back. Amazing service. The staff had great suggestions for bars and restaurants too. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped; we used the oven, coffee maker and toaster daily. I would be happy to stay there again and recommend the property to anyone.

The room was nice and clean, had everything one would need such as toaster, kettle dishes… staff were very pleasant to talk to and dealt with an minor issue promptly ( coffee pod jammed in mashine ) great communication 5 star plus for this. The hotel is close to the metro, market and shopping, the sites… what I I did not enjoy is the strong off putting perfume scent that was in our hallway. Also we woke up to bites daily during our four night stay. At first thought it could be mosquitos but then by third night we knew it had to be bed bugs. Did not see any with a quick search nor took the time to throughly look, did not want to waste precious vacation hours on this as out time was limited. I would advise to be mindful of your luggage when returning home. They only lost a star for this serious manner as we couldn’t see them all around therefore could be a newer infestation that could go unnoticed by staff at this stage. Hopefully they will take proper measures to get rid of the issue for next guests.

The staff is very helpful explaining the attractions, dinning options, how to walk around the city and avoid the construction. Good location right next to metro. Functional kitchen with premium quality appliances, washer/dryer. A little drawback was the squeaky hardwood floors.
